This Event Terms / Entry Policy applies to all MODUL8 promoted events (“Events”). By purchasing a ticket, attending an Event, or attempting entry, you agree to these terms.
1. Promoter and venue responsibilities
- MODUL8 is the event promoter and organiser.
- Venues are independently owned and operated. MODUL8 does not run the nightclubs, security teams or venue management.
- Venue rules, staff instructions and security policies must be followed at all times.
2. Ticket sales (Skiddle)
- Our official ticket merchant is Skiddle.
- Tickets, refund terms and buyer protection are governed by Skiddle’s terms and policies.
- MODUL8 cannot process refunds directly where Skiddle controls the ticketing transaction.
3. Admission and right of refusal
- Entry is controlled by the venue and its security staff.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason permitted by law.
- MODUL8 cannot be held liable for refusal of entry, removal from the venue, or failure to provide admission where venue security policies are applied.
- No refund is guaranteed where entry is refused or a customer is removed, unless required by law or granted under Skiddle/venue terms.
4. Mandatory ID policy
Valid photo ID may be required.
For Tunnel Club events:
ID is mandatory for everyone without exception, regardless of age or ticket purchase.
Accepted ID typically includes:
- valid passport
- valid UK/EU photocard driving licence
- recognised PASS card
If you do not bring valid ID, you may be refused entry with no guarantee of refund.
5. Age restriction
Unless stated otherwise, Events are 18+. You must comply with venue entry rules.
6. Security searches and prohibited items
By attempting entry you agree that:
- security searches may be carried out
- entry may be refused if you do not consent to searches
Prohibited items typically include:
- illegal substances
- weapons
- items deemed unsafe or inappropriate by venue security
- professional recording equipment unless approved
7. Behaviour and conduct
You must behave respectfully to staff and other guests. Anti social behaviour, violence, harassment, excessive intoxication or drug related activity may result in removal.
8. Line up changes and event changes
Event details may change. This includes:
- artists and line up
- set times and running order
- venue operational requirements
Tickets are generally sold for the Event, not for a specific artist time slot. Where changes occur, refunds are only issued where required by law or under Skiddle/venue policies.
9. Photography and filming
Events may be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in Event photography/filming that may be used on our Website and social channels.

10. Health and safety
You must follow:
- venue health and safety rules
- staff/security instructions
- any emergency procedures
MODUL8 and venue management reserve the right to remove anyone for safety reasons.
